We're very excited to announce our newest Integrated Producer, Evan Paszamant! Get to know him a little more...
1.)What's your favorite thing about working for DG
The people hands down. From our incredibly talented directors, to our EPs and company personnel, they all ...make me so excited to come to work every day. Not to mention, no day is ever the same as the day prior.
2.) Favorite movie
Trick question…I have a top 5 in no particular order that hasn’t changed in a few years: Shawshank Redemption, Big Fish, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Truman Show, Jurassic Park
3.) Where can we find you on a day off?
On a day off I’m probably at a theme park (Universal Studios Hollywood or Disneyland) or checking out the theater scene in LA. I absolutely love swimming and writing (can be anything from screenplays to editing others’ works), cooking has been something that’s been growing on me, and critiquing films.
We’d like to say a huge “THANK YOU” to @ryan.online for being such an incredible part of our team over the years. While he’ll be deeply missed, we’re wishing him all best as he ventures into this new chapter of his career.
Karima Asaad emphasizes the importance of reality as an inspirational springboard to create magic by only working with the best. And it shows. Karima Asaad is a creator unbound by the regular. Unbound by the routine, the pedestrian – with differentiating ideas, and unconventional, creative ...executions.
Karima provides a female-safe creative environment, meaning she nurtures women who work for her and with her.
She has partnerships with The Special Group DDB, BMF, M&C Saatchi, Samsung, Virgin Group, Westfield, Philip B, We Are Social, Zip It, McCann, Sibling, New York Times, Rolling Stones, Getty and the Australian Geographic, to name a few.
She is an explosion. Her work, like herself, is energy, fervour and zeal. And it’s been an unfolding, a transformation. Karima started as a photojournalist. Everything from life in the Middle East to capturing a gunman in Darwin to the Je Suis Charlie protest in Paris. Shooting high-end advertising, such as the Westfield Fashion Campaign and creating compelling images for the Violence Against Women Campaign for the Australian Government.
The thread that connects her work is her love of capturing the natural story; no pretence, no pomp, no bullshit, spur of the moment, authentic.Karima and her collaborator’s debate, percolate, and create a personification; create a script and storyline that inspire talent to performances underpinning more creative, more relevant, and resonating content.
